What is Hello Moon?

Hello Moon is the foundational data layer of the Solana blockchain; indexing billions of daily transactions into human-readable insights for NFT collectors, DeFi traders, protocol teams, and ecosystem explorers. It powers dashboards, leaderboards, and developer tools that make Web3 data useful and intuitive.

My Role

As Product Consultant & UX Strategist, I helped transform Hello Moon’s vision into a user-first, data-rich product ecosystem.

  • Led product evolution from analytics tool to robust crypto infrastructure platform
  • Enhanced onboarding, navigation, and accessibility for both advanced developers and crypto newcomers
  • Translated Solana indexing logic into clear flows, visual systems, and usable dashboards
  • Aligned backend performance with seamless UX via audits and iterative design sprints

Project Summary

CoughDrop is a leading augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) platform designed to empower neurodivergent individuals and their support teams across home, school, and therapy environments. I was brought in as a solo lead to modernize and stabilize a 10-year-old codebase previously maintained by a 10-person offshore team.

Over seven months, I led a full-stack transformation across web and mobile (iOS, Android, tablet), rearchitected core infrastructure, and partnered directly with the CEO to prioritize enterprise-grade features on a startup budget — all while elevating accessibility, reliability, and scalability.

Scope of Work

  • Replaced entire outsourced engineering team (10+ devs)
  • Modernized and maintained legacy Ember/Rails codebase
  • Rebuilt and shipped new Pro app experience (web, iOS, Android)
  • Refactored core communication flows to improve accessibility
  • Implemented new CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Handled full system security review + server migration
  • Scoped and delivered complex enterprise features under budget constraints
  • Acted as technical PM, architect, and UX partner throughout

| Village.me | Built some features and consulted for an early-stage mobile app in the social networking for kids space. This included working with messaging and social features & video/image compression. I built out architecture and documentation in relation to things like style guides, unit testing, performance, CI/CD pipelines, & UX+UI Usability. Village Social is a private social network to message and share only with people you know. It includes family friendly features such as blocking nudity, message alerts to parents for inappropriate content, and built-in controls. The app is available on iOS, Android and web. Named a 'best social site for kids' by Common Sense Media.

Project Globatrix

One of the founding members of Globatrix - a decentralized internet platform and Virtual Reality ecosystem with its own financial structure. Offers users various products such as Glove VPN, GBro Browser, Globe CMS, Globe Messenger. Relies on a collaborative web model that is based on public reputation. This ensures that the internet bandwidth is not clogged by advertisers as only the relevant ads from reputable advertisers are allowed to access the network.

Globatrix is a blockchain based decentralized internet model that solves the current problems of the web, and prevents monopoly across the online advertising sector. Globatrix will make the web greener, utilize AI algorithms, incorporate big data analytical patterns, decentralize social networks, and set the stage for full support of VR technologies.

GLOB is Globatrix's native token. GLOB is an Ethereum based ERC20 token. 225 million GLOB tokens will be offered for sale via the ICO, which represent 90% of the total token supply. GLOB will be the basic currency for paying of usage of Globatrix's decentralized internet services.
